  1. Pan cook felafels in a non-stick pan on a medium heat for 5 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Spread 1 tsp of Tahini (unhulled) over wrap. Spoon 2 tbsp of tabouleh onto the middle of the wrap. Place the cooked felafels on top of the tabouleh. Sprinkle lemon juice over the felafel and tabouleh.
  3. Fold the wrap starting from the bottom up, then fold the sides of the wrap towards the centre. Secure wrap with a toothpick if needed.
