Check out this delicious Mango Lassi recipe – a fantastic, refreshing drink to enjoy as the weather heats up!

Ingredients

½ cup BARLEYmax™ flakes

1 mango, diced

200g natural Greek yoghurt

1 cup milk

Pinch cinnamon

Method

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend for about 1 minute until well mixed.
  3. Serve with ice and a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.

Tips:

  • Any type of milk can be used. Try almond milk for a dairy-free alternative
  • Add more milk if you prefer a thinner consistency
  • Replace cinnamon with cardamon for a flavour alternative
