Smoothie
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/3 ripened avocado
- 1 medjool date
- 1/2 cup almond milk
Blend all smoothie ingredients together in a blender until smooth, serve in a bowl
Top With
- 1 banana
- 1 tsp cacao nibs
- 1/4 cup Goodness Superfoods better for U! Barley Clusters
- 2 tbsp cashews and walnuts
