Ingredients
½ cup BARLEYmax™ flakes
1 mango, diced
200g natural Greek yoghurt
1 cup milk
Pinch cinnamon
Method
- Put all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend for about 1 minute until well mixed.
- Serve with ice and a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
Tips:
- Any type of milk can be used. Try almond milk for a dairy-free alternative
- Add more milk if you prefer a thinner consistency
- Replace cinnamon with cardamon for a flavour alternative
